Not necessarily. Required access depends on the platform and investigation. Evidence may be acquired through authorised administrator access, account credentials, forensic acquisition methods, legal processes, or data supplied by the organisation or cloud provider.
We will only acquire or investigate cloud-hosted information where appropriate authority to access that information has been established.
