You will automatically receive an email, when a new ticket is created, including the URL and log-in details for the portal. Here you will be able to view your quotations, invoices, payment history, correspondence, check the status of your ticket(s), add comments and attachments, approve (or decline) quotations as well as create new ticket requests.
